In this role you will provide client services over the phone or email across a various range of
technologies, including desktop applications, printing/scanning, telephony, mobile devices, audio
and video conferencing, business applications,

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for client employees through phone, chat, email, providing
    exceptional service in all interactions
  • independently or in cooperation with more experienced colleagues solving clients’
    requests related to the technology they use
  • delivering exceptional user experience through professional guidance and can-do attitude

Desired skills:

  • Communicate freely in German language (min B2)
  • has experience in working in client service, back-office or front-office client support,
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure work environment
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and have a motivation to grow in the IT industry
