Service Desk Agent/Analyst with German: Poznań / Wakat: Umowa o pracę

As a Service Desk Agent/Analyst you will be first point of contact responsible for guiding and
supporting end users in case they experience issues with technology they use.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing 1 st line support and guidance to the clients for IT issues and problems
  • Perform assessment, triage, research and resolution of basic incidents and requests
  • Ensure incidents and requests are accurately logged, assigned, tracked and responded
    to in a timely manner, in line with agreed SLA’s

Desired skills:

  • Advanced German language (min B2)
  • Proven experience in a Help Desk/Service Desk or Customer Service role or similar
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure work environment
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and have a motivation to grow in the IT industry
