IT Service Desk Specialist: Poznań / Wakat: Umowa o pracę

As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting end users in
case they experience issues with their IT environment. Your knowledge and understanding of
technical matters will help you to analyse and solve technical problems and issues users may
have. Outstanding client communication, active listening skills and willingness to get job done will
help you to maximize user experience and satisfaction. All of this will make each day very
dynamic and enjoyable in parallel

Key responsibilities:

  • point of contact for users to support technology related issues and queries related to
    software or hardware they use via phone, email or chat
  • logging, updating and resolving reported end-user issues and track them in the ticketing
    tool
  • guiding and supporting less experienced colleagues

Desired skills:

  • Advanced German language (B2)
  • A natural ability to solve issues
  • Demonstrate high level of customer focus
  • Willing to develop in IT and support role
  • Experience in IT environment would be a plus
